Very possible. The fuse box is @ the top of the drivers side in the engine compartment. The inside of the cover should tell you what fuse is for the fogs.
If you need to replace the bulb, there is a retainer you need to release with a screw driver through the air duct in the front apron.
Begin by releasing the foglamp retaining catch. You push in on the catch. Once released, the foglamp is likely to just fall out and hit the ground.
Here is a foglight out of the car for you to see where you are pushing with the screwdriver.
