WRX vs 911
I recently detuned my 3.6 to pass state emissions (installed stock exhaust, cat and stock c2 chip)and have not got around to norming it up to what it was when I got it ( headers, Chip and no cat). I will soon due to the fact that on a clear, strait stretch of road yesterday I almost got out run by a Subaru WRX. I do know the extent of mods to the WRX but it was not stock in appearance. It started at a roll and went up to the triple digits. He stayed within a car length until I lifted (I know that he was on it because I could here the turbo spooling up as it was going through the gears). He kept going. I do not normally participate in "speed competitions" but the conditions were good with little to no risk and I was not going to let that rice burner take a the 911. Anyone know the performance numbers on the WRX's or had any experience with them?
