as with most cars value depends on condision/milage
say 500 for a parts car to 5000+ for near mint
with the added factor of the cam belt/water pump age
and the ruffly 1000 cost of replacement in a shop
add in the limiting factors there are a lot of them
with a big change in the 85 1/2 cars
and the later cars are better and rarer
so they limit the price range for the 83 and 84s
somehow paint values are NUTS now
