I would be very interested in what others have done. Given all the bad press, comments, complaints, etc., who on this forum has resolved their problem with MM. What exactly happened. Or has everyone just gone somewhere else?
And yes, their pricing does raise a red flag, but some of us just don't have the money to go first class. That coupled with the fact that there are no official complaints, no known lawsuit resolutions, and no actual stories of unreslove, why pay $5,000 when you are supposed to get it for $3,000? I don't mean to raise a question, and I don't need it answered if it is a question, about decision making.
What experience is there? If they are so bad, who has done what?
