The answer is no - not really at all.

But of course put 4.5 inch rims and tires on a lwb and then it will be tail happy too. With 225mm wide rears and 205 fronts its absolutely fine.

But bigger torsion bars also help - try 33mm rear and 23mm hollow fonts - as reccomended by Steve W to me - I am very happy playing with it to dial out understeer on some Smart racing bars 23mm front and rear. Actually this is done.... it's just an excuse to go to the track...

Once you have a decent suspension setup (including wheels and tires), bushes, ride heights, corner balance and alignment I doubt you would be able to tell the difference between the two.
