It would be a shame to part out a car that could be saved. Also, T's will bring good money once restored so you should still be able to get a good price for the whole car without the hassle of parting.
I'm not far and plan to be out with my car on Sunday. If you'd like I could take a look at the rust. I've been down that road and back, twice actually, with my '71T.
