Maybe you are right and this really happens when I haven't fully pressed the clutch in when I begin the first to second shift. Not sure, I have compensated for it without thinking about the exact dynamics of the issue.
Let me emphasize that it really only happens when are going hard in first, running up near redline, and then try to quickly shift into second.
