Watch repair

I was going through my box of military souvenirs this weekend and I cam across an older Soviet submariners watch I traded with my Russian counterpart for a digital timex.

(Not to be confused with a Rolex Submariner - this one has a nice depiction of a Soviet Delta IV class SSBN on it.)

Long story short, it stopped working years ago, but since I "found" it again, I would like to get it working. I just popped the back cover off and it started ticking oddly enough

It is a 17 jewel totally mechanical watch with day function It has a nice sweep second hand, and the crown is a three position - wind, time adjust, and date adjust.

Anyone know of a good watch repair place that is fairly reasonable?

Thanks
