DHL might be a little cheaper. Fed Ex is one of the cheapest 'door to door' services' for large packages.
ForwardAir is a terminal to terminal service. I just shipped a 914 hood to NC and it cost around $80 (which BTW is their minimum charge). You'll also have to pay for the shipping via a money order once they figure out charges when you bring the box to them.
