I think you know those are leak-down numbers, not compression. If you get the high bank to match the low bank, that would be good in my book. Otherwise it could be valve guides or other headwork in the near future.

10% leakdown would be high, but acceptable IMHO. To help pinpoint the leakage, can your mechanic hear air leaking into the intake(valves) or exhaust (valves) or case (rings) during the test? Headgaskets on turbo cars are suspect also.
