901 starter gear flywheel
This flywheel matches up to the starter gear from the 356. The starter has a 1/2 dome shroud and outboard bearing at the end of the drive gear.
The 1964 engine numbers started with 900 101 - installed in the very first production car - (engines up to "#100" were for testing only), so this flywheel is for the first 1500 cars, both the 1964 901's/911's and the, up to May/June, 1965 911. (912's started in July/August of 1965).
