A red R? Why would anyone repaint an R anything other than white unless it is a copy?
On the subject of R's, I saw a real R last weekend that was the only non white car to leave the factory. The recent owner is having a bare metal restoration done at Scalli Motorsports. The shocker is that the only non white car (gold to match original owner's wife's Caddy) is to be repainted WHITE.
I guess if you have the money....
