Actually, it did take some thought as some folks are mature enough to be considerate of the situation.
The building has mainly health care professionals (Doc's and nurses) that may pull emergency room duty or 2nd or 3rd shifts. The hours they choose to exercise conflicts with mine.
SO in order to take this into consideration and not be selfish, I had options. The building will move me to another unit or come up with another solution.
The sign I posted was not to ask them not to exercise but to get together for a mutual solution. Something that an
