I am looking for some feedback on a 82 SC I am considering. The car is mechanically strong with all the correct updates for the year. In addition it's very clean inside, outside, and underneath except for a few minor rust blisters. I found rust on the cowl and on the bottom inside seam of the passenger door. Here is a picture of similar cowl rust I found in other posts here on PP.
I don't like rust as I can not repair it. This is, for me, a show stopper. Does anyone have any info. on what this would cost to professionally repair and how you would adjust your offer price on a car that has a asking price of $15K?
