I have seen wild swings in the 1973.5 CIS T's in the past year since I have been looking for an early 911. Low water mark for a somewhat decent car that has needs I have seen in the mid teens to the flat rediculous 40+ for the concours models.

I need serious help with the following car and what you think it should price out at to be considered fair -- I do not want to get burned on this deal.

1973.5 T, matching numbers, no rust, 3k miles on fully rebuilt engine and transmission, new clutch, all records since 1973, one respray in original color (pretty good finish still), no sunroof, no a/c, all original parts in place except tensioners, turbo valve covers, SSI exchangers, pointless ignition, new batts, new brakes, new shocks

The only negatives seem to be door pockets that could use freshening up, carpet faded in front, radio doesnt work and the usual rock chips on the front.

I am not looking for concours but a weekend driver and this one seems to be very well cared for. Where should I expect the price to be?
