25K is a fair price.....
But, no sunroof, no AC? Southern climate? You will have a hard time selling it if it does have a sunroof or working AC. Unless of course you do not care about these. Drive a 911 without a sunroof or AC in the summer in the south and you'd wish you'd have anything that has four wheels and keeps you cool inside. The AC systems are weak to begin with! It will cost a pretty penny to install an OEM AC system in any 911, especially the 73.5T model. My old 1979 SC with black interior had no AC or sunroof and I cursed the asphalt I drove over everyday (I-285).
