I had a 1992 C2 and tried that route. My suggestion, try the exhaust first without the chip. To me the chip made the car feel rougher when revving and did not add any noticeable power increase. I did not time it or use a dyno. In fact, on a long trip I pulled over at a rest area and removed the chip. The car drove much nicer without it.
As for the exhaust, it is very loud, more like Harley or Vette, and you hear less fan. It is fun, but sounds less like a Porsche.
As for removing the cat, you will smell raw gas in your garage when starting your car and so will the people following you. The smell gave me a headache, but many people like it.
Skip the airbox. It just sounds silly, like flipping the air cleaner lid over on an Oldsmobile so that you can hear the Quadrajet!
Sorry to be so negative, but you asked for opinions.
The FABSPEED exhaust is very well made and looks great!
