The 964 and 993 cat bypass are two very different things

On the 993 the bypass sounds great w/ stock mufflers but is too loud w/ modified mufflers.

Rattling tin is often found in older or modified mufflers. The bypass itself is very solid ss pipe, nothing to rattle except perhaps where the l/r side pass each other. There should be a clearance gap at that point. IF you don't have one adjust the pipes.
