Yes, it's a Ruf promo video "Faszination at the Nurburgring" with Stefan Roser (Ruf's test driver) at the wheel (in loafers!) You can actually buy the DVD from them.

If you look carefully, there's an external shot from the Ruf video of the Yellowbird sliding round a corner with lots of rubber smoke in the closing credits of "Ultimate History Of Porsche", I think it is.
That two part avi is one of the worst quality videos I ever watched more than once...
