Base on the wording of where/how delivered.. I would assume that it is a US Carrera.
I do believe in 74 they were available through the US dealernetwork as there was a gentleman here in my area that bought one new. It was a Gulf Blue Targa, with Carrera Stripe, factory duck tail and of course the flared fenders as we later saw on the SC.
I would however wonder which 2.7 the car came with... in essence were the 74 Carreras basically a visual option with a standard 2.7 911S motor or was it true RS spec?
