You mean German lunchbox cheap ass backwards WWII look? Everyone in Germany sure is glad VW has quit selling WWII technology for good money. That bus (as well as the bug) looked and was built the same for decades. They redesigned a light here and a door there, but nothing really changed since WWII. It was like printing money. The VW line of cars was a darn rip off and made the whole country miserable - have you ever tried to drive an air cooled VW in a cold climate?
I realize there is a cult following for the old VWs and it's fun - but I just couldn't let the "timeless German classic look" slide on the lunchbox van.
