As a roller, it depends on completeness, options, accident repairs, and rust. A perfect 70-71 S Coupe non-sunroof roller, with all trim intact and usable, ready to paint is probably a 20 to 30K car depending on options and other equipment.
Yours has no sport seats, original Fuchs are gone, deck lid is gone, and could have a lot of repair time before going into a paint shop.
I would say $15K or so, depending on the cost estimated for body repairs / replacement parts. It would be very easy to sink $ into a car like this in $10K chunks these days. Engine, Trans, MFI, Interior, repairs, wheels, suspension, paint, etc....
