I think the wood is out of place, but was done nicely so I'd leave it. The issue is how are you going to find another kit that covers the same areas on the doors? I'd leave it and learn to love it.
I sort of think the white gauges and underdash wiring may be the bigger concern. Also, what is that red thing in the left vent? The tweeters are good, but why aren't they aimed properly? They are usually made to be directional, and if they are off a few degrees you might as well not have them at all. Maybe yours are not directional I guess. You see them mounted at a 45d, and pivoted toward the ear. What is the socket to the right of the steering column being used for?
