Tough call.. Seems nowadays 930s are overlooked. No longer the top of the hill in performance and without modern niceties or hp that a "new" 997 has, it will take a certain person to search one out. Given that it is an '85, it is a "euro" car, which may or may not add favor to its value. A non-factory conversion is only worth the quality exuded when the car was converted, but I don't value a non-factory conversion to be worth more than a standard, original fendered car. IIRC, for comparison, the US M471 (turbo look option) was a $12k premium when new. I am not sure a non-factory conv would return that much of a premium, for example. It certainly may have cost it though.
I guess low to mid 30's, imho.
