Phew, false alarm. The battery was low after some messing about with the stereo. My old man thinks it was the starter disengaging and reengaging or somthing. Running sweet as a nut now. I was worried all last night I may have bent a valve :S.
Edit, That makes no sense in response to the original post LoL. New oil has fixed the mentioned problem. The reason I was worried I had bent a valve was due to a horrible clunking noise the engine made when I tried to start it last night
