That car is no bargain. It has had at least 3 owners (original, plus 2 since the fire), it had a fire, and it appears minimally optioned. It also has 57k miles.
There are a lot of nice 993s out there at prices that have become more reasonable, so no need to settle for one like this.
There is a 993 board on Rennlist that is pretty active, so you can get a good sense of the market, and advice on individual cars.
