According to Bruce Anderson in Excellence, $34K is about right for a 96 993 in poor condition. Considering this is a fire victim, minimum options, and has passed through a few hands in a relatively short period of tims, I would classify this as a 993 that is not in "good" condition. I was looking for 993 a couple months ago and there are plenty with higher mileage, one owner no wrechs for the same price.
