You should do a search on Motor Meister, you will not be happy. This will be a big negative, new buyer will most likely be looking at a full rebuild. $10-15K depending on what you find MM did to it.
Next issue will be rust, you mentioned many of normal spots. A full bare metal repaint with all rust repair and you will looking at $20K.
Re-do the interior $5K.
Then there will be other minor items, so $35K + the cost of the car is where the buyer will be to have a driver.
A nice 71T driver will sell for $20-30K.
