A full restoration will cost $50K+, for the $35K you will have a nice safe driver.
As Techweenie said your best luck will be to find a buyer who wants a DIY project and will only be looking at the cost of hard parts. The big question will be what kind of parts MM used on the rebuild. Again do a search on MM and you will get a better understanding.
The biggest plus is that it looks like you have a complete car and it is still together so it is easy to see all the parts.
