I'm not really that
greatly concerned about home defense (or I'd have bought a gun years ago).
Mainly, I've got the bug to buy a
real nice pistol because I admire fine craftsmanship.
Also, I'd want to shoot it, a lot (and don't want to spend a lot of money on ammo).
So maybe I should look into a real Gucci looking .22 that I'll appreciate as a piece of sculpture as well as shooting it for fun.
I'm really sorry I sold my last gun, a Marlin straight stock lever action .22 rifle. I really miss looking at it almost as much as I enjoyed plinking with it
