Some of it sounds silly. But I did have a chef cook a personalized Japanese/Sushi dinner for my wife and myself once. Most of his stuff was very traditional, but one thing that he made was tempura avocado. It was very, VERY tasty.
Also, I used to really like the Bennigans, Monte Cristo sandwich which is a deep fried turkey, ham and cheese sandwich.
Stuff Jalapenos are very tasty, so I can imagine that the jalapeno macaroni and cheese might be tasty. I don't get deep frying deserts.
Well, crud, wait, tempura fried banana with vanilla ice cream is tasty.
