I have one... the wife bought it for me for Christmas. I travel a lot in my work to various places that ALWAYS gets me lost looking for street signs.

It worked great until one day it started freaking out - it acted like someone was pushing the on-screen buttons on crack. It got me lost about three times sending me to police stations and post offices. I finally was about ready to take it back to the store when I thought I'd try something novel... I'd call them.

They got back to me... had me download a klugy fix, but it worked. It has worked perfectly ever since. I really like the voice prompting - once you set it, forget it. It tells you where to turn, to stay in the right lane for an upcoming turn, etc. Really nice.

The real bummer about it - is the bluetooth. In CA we have to have hands-free cels so that's why the wife spent so much on it... it comes with Bluetooth built-in... unfortuantely it doesn't work very well in my Jeep Grande Cherokee or the Porsches - too loud. So I don't use the BT feature at all now.

All in all - I'd buy one again - without Bluetooth. BTW the wife saved quite a bit by buying it at Costco. YMMV.
