FIXED.... simple as a burnt original relay. Fans now work properly & all is normal under running conditions. ...I decided to replace my lower hose while at it since the passenger side cooling fan had rubbed it very thin in 1 spot. I noticed the new hose I bought was a bit shorter than the original which made a better fit & took the hose away from the fan just enough. .......Thanks to all that have helped.
