67S (?) Is it saveable?

I couldn't believe this ad:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cars-Trucks___1967-PORSCHE-911S-COUPE-60-PHOTOS-PERFECT-PROJECT-L-K_W0QQitemZ140267322921QQddnZCarsQ20Q26Q20TrucksQQ ddiZ2282QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item140267322921&_trkp arms=39%3A1%7C65%3A-1%7C240%3A1308&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245

Of course the car is a Miami Vice wannabe, looks by the VIN to be a "normale", and may be saveable, but before anything happens, look what the seller is advising as to rebuilding the engine! Yes, The best engine rebuilder in California--Motormeister!!!, who will rebuild an original 67S engine (yeah, sure it is...but who knows?) all for less than $3K! You can bet that if the engine is an S, it won't be by the time it is shipped back to the owner.
