Ok the time has come to find some turbos for my V8 VW Rabbit project.
After asking some questions and doing a little research several people have suggested that I find some of the k26 units or possibly the K24s that Porsche uses on many of there cars.

I am looking for a pair.

I don't really know all the specs on all the turbos available.
All I know is that I need two matching units.

I should not have to mention that I am an El cheapo maniac so I don't really want to spend $1000 on a pair of turbos.

If they are functional "as is" great!
If they are functional but could use a simple rebuild (whatever that means) that is ok too.
If they are beat to death and will need a rebuild that is fine as long as they are dirt cheap.

Can anyone help out?
