A friend of mine has a 2000 Toyota Camry. It was raining yesterday, and she said that it is "raining" in the car:

It was literally raining inside my car yesterday. I have a "sunglasses" case in the roof above the rear view mirror that is sometimes a garage door opener (in other cars) and there was water coming in through it….

There are no antennae mounted to the roof of the car. Sounds like a bad winshield seal, right?
Any ideas on what this might cost to fix?
