I believe Porsche did have a full rubber rear spoiler that looked like the 76-77 Turbo and 74-76 Carrera 3.0 tail. These bolted to the engine lid as opposed to the other two styles being part of the engine lid.
Not many people want them and I have seen a few for sale on various sites. Not sure about actual years the early Carrera 3.0 tail was offered.
I am sure someone with a greater knowledge base will chime in.
