Wheel Stud Problem

The last person who put wheels on my car way over-torqued them (> 200ft-lbs). I was able to break all of them free except for the (factory) wheel lock nut on one of the rears. It sheared half the lug and stud.

I took it to a (new) tire place that couldn't get it off. They recommended a brake-specific place. Good idea?

I'm guessing it will have to be drilled and the stud replaced. Is it difficult for a rear wheel on a 944? The drilling out part is something I have neither the tools nor inclination for.
