During the last 20 minutes of the race we got passed a few times by the DP leaders, so the car was in the periphery, but all we could think of was "Oh God don't hit the DP'S!"

Race Control was pretty clear and concise to us on the radio... "Listen up you GT teams... if any one of you in any way do something to affect the outcome of the DP race, which is the closest in history, you WILL be coming to see me after the race, you WILL be bringing your chequebook, and you WILL wish you were never born."

Our car blew a tire just before the leaders passed him with about 35 minutes to go, so we were glad it wasn't newsworthy!
