The house I rent out next door is a 5 bedroom place and one person (the lease holder) is in charge. Hehe, she's probably the biggest drinker, but cracks the whip in the morning and all the roommates do an equal share of the cleaning up.
The downside is it can occassionaly get a bit noisy next door, the upside is there is often topless girls sitting around sunbathing on the lawn.
