RS specs are quite doable:
RS pistons/cylinders or equivalent
large port heads and valves
early heat exchangers
Webers or MFI
With S cams, about 200 hp
With E cams, about 180 hp
Many opt for cubic inches using a later engine. Depending on the circumstances and details, this path might be more cost effective.
