That would be the "low pressure" port on the Air / oil separator. There is usually a hose that goes from the top of there to the j-boot.

If you are getting oil out of there, there is probably too much oil in the crankcase!

On a couple of occasions at the track, we have had cars vomit oil up through there into the j-boot... Everytime, they have been over-filled with oil. Removing enough oil to bring the level to "full" resolves the problem.
