Jerry has given excellent advice about the windshields (front and rear). As to your last post, here are some things to watch for.
Are the trim pieces glued or are there screws under the seals? I assume you mean the vinyl trim along the pillars? They are glued and covered by the door seal and (in some locations) the windshield seal or quarter window trim.
Do you just pry the top inward to create clearance for the new headliner? No. The headliner must be installed before the windshield, rear windshield, door seals and quarter window trim are installed. Since the car is a sunroof model, you don't have to worry about the metal bows for the headliner, but there is a foam pad glued to the sunroof pan that you may need to replace/refurbish.
