Case: checked, standard bore, tumble polished. oil passages R&R. Ollies
All other work by EBS
Crank: mag. polished standard rod and main journals
Rods: resized big end new bushings
Pistons, pins, rings: New JE 9.5:1, 95mm
Cylinders: Replated by US chrome
Oil pump: rebuilt
Oil cooler: pressure tested
Heads: Remachined, new guides, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs
Rockers/shafts: Reground, new bushings
Cam: Good stock or DC-40 available extra cost
Good used Carrera tensioners and cam drive gears
Distributor: used original, condition unknown
All other castings, cam boxes, cam carriers, valve covers clean ready to use
No bearings, gaskets, head studs, intake, exhaust, fan, or associated hardware.
