Greetings:
After reading/searching I found maybe its the overboost senor unit/switch. I never replaced this part. The symptons sound the same in the article I just read....Keep my fingers crossed..
Here is the test for the Boost sending unit.. hard to read but the point is when you remove the lead it should deflect the gauge to max with the ignition on.
