Sounds good! The only downer from a 96 is the fact no one makes a ECU chip for it.
I would make sure the 30k service was done, the top works flawlessly, & that is doesn't leak oil. You may need to do the valve & timing covers since it wasn't driven much. Oh, it might need rear tires, check the insides.
