Hard to tell if it has time certs without pulling a cylinder off the block a little to grab a visual. I would like to think that it does for the simple fact that it has been rebuilt at some point in its recent life and all of the head studs torque down fine. If there is a simple way to check, I will be glad to do it.
I suspect shipping to you would be in the $200 to $250 range.
I will PM you a cost as soon as I can determine a weight. Anyone know an approximate weight of a 2.7L longblock?
