Those look about right for a copper core wire with a 1k resistor in the connector. What is your ignition problem? Is it missing? Is it cutting out?
If you have a wire that is shorting out you will get a miss. Unless it's the wire from the coil then it could cut out. If you don't have a miss then the problem is not with the spark plug wires.
