Just to concern you a bit more... Once you get the motor running (new used head, rebuilt head or replacement motor), you run the risk of the clutch being an issue. The rubber centered clutch discs fail. And when they do, it will cost about $400 in parts and either 1) 12hours of your time doing the back breaking work or 2) about $2K for a shop to do the work. Despite low mileage, the disc can fail with plain old age too... And when you replace the head, and check the records (the cars been sitting for 2 years) consider a new waterpump and belts... As you can see, very quickly this car has the potential of consuming more money and time than you would spend on a higher mileage but better maintained example.
