Do you think the "blue books" are too low or too high? These cars just aren't selling because not many feel comfortable buying a big ticket item in this economy. I would also guess that the examples on the market are sitting a long time compared to 2 years ago.
So, check the BB values for "trades" and go from there. Also a quick scan (nationally) on a place like Autotrader, or checking Ebays "buy it now" prices can help get a fix on prices.
Also, coupe/targa/cab will affect prices. Manual or tip also affect them.
If Non-s's can be had at $40K+, than an "S" might warrant $50K+
